Where do I find information on insider trading or holdings?

 

Go to:

• Bloomberg - available terminals: 7 in the Business & Economics Library, 1 in the Journalism Library, 1 in the Digital Social Sciences Center in the Lehman Library. See: Bloomberg help guide.
  Enter: ticker symbol, hit the EQUITY key, then enter PHDC and hit the GO key
  
  
• Thomson ONE
  
  
• WRDS and choose Thomson Reuters
  
  WRDS is available in the Business and Economics Library at the workstations to the right of the circulation desk. Business School and Economics Department faculty and graduate students may request an account.

For data before electronic coverage, look at the Official Summary of Security Transactions and Holdings (SEC) available in print in the Business & Economics LIbrary (HG4556.U5 A15).
